downgraded organisations

I don't understand this. at 12-04-2025 we receive the message it will be downgraded in 15 days, and at 13-04-2025 i get the message it is downgraded. We want to use the API to get tickets for organisations which are in grace period

We apologize for this issue. Could you help enable Zyxel support access and provide the organization's name so I can help identify which device lacks a license?
