The device had been added to this account

Hi,

I installed a WiFi AP in the wrong organization. When I removed the AP from the Org.A, I could not add the AP again because the system told me the device had been added to this account. Can someone from the Zyxel team help reset the device's registration?

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

    Hi Ivan,

    I just realized that I need to manage the WiFi Access Point in "License & Inventory \ Devices" in the Nebula website, not the mobile App, if I want to relocate the device to another organization or Site.

    Hi @Mav88,

    It's good to know you move the AP to the Org you wants!

    Actually, you can move device to other Org which own by you through the Nebula mobile App.

    Here's the procedure:

    1. Remove device from the site
    2. Enter the target Org and site
    3. Click Add Device and scan QR Code of the device

    Then, you'll see the device move to the target Org.
