NAS540 web interface unavailable after firmware update

A couple of weeks ago I've updated my NAS540. As I could access my drives there didn't seem to be an issue.
However today I tried to login to the webinterface which stated that my login credentials were wrong (I know for sure they aren't).
I tried resetting the credentials using the reset button at the back, sadly without success.
SSH also doesn't work.
Drives are accessible.
Any idea's on how to fix this?

Ensure you're accessing the correct IP address for the NAS. Sometimes, after an update, the IP address may change.
If you have a monitor and keyboard connected to the NAS, check if the NAS shows any error messages on the screen that could provide a clue about the issue.
Hope this help.

Try this in web browser:
https://nas540.local or http://nas540.local

IP is correct, NAS is headless in technical room so no possibility to connect monitor/keyboard
It connects to the NAS but I still can't log in. Everytime I try to I'm getting an email as wel for logging in with wrong credentials.

You did reset the credentials. You are aware that then you should login as admin/1234?
Have you tried another browser?
When everything else fails, only a full factory reset remains. That won't delete your data, although you'll have to re-enable all custom shares.

Yes I am aware of that. It doesn’t work.
Tried other browsers as well.
I’m really hesitant to do a full reset. You never know. I’ve lost all my data once in the past, won’t want to risk it again.
