Max Number of rules in the Allow/Block lists?

It is likely this is documented somewhere but if so I'm missing it.
In Nubula under Site-wide>Configure>Firewall>Security service under the sections for "DNS/URL Threat Filter and IP Reputation" you can enter in URL's and IP's into custom Block and Allow lists.
Is there a maximum number of records (IP's or URLs) each of those sections can contain?

Do you have a table that includes the H Series? Or can you confirm that they are the same as the previous Flex Series?
