    Hi @peos42 ,

We have identified the root cause and are currently implementing a solution. We need additional time to monitor the system to ensure the issue has been completely resolved. We will provide an update once the fix is confirmed to be successful.

    Hello,

Just wanted to comment that I am having the exact same issue with an XGS2210-52HP. Both ports have a Kantech door controller (less than 4w draw). Don't recall seeing it mentioned but I see about 10k logs mainly with the Searching and Delivering Power error. They happen every few minutes.

Unlike peos42, we have quite a few devices on the switch, enough to draw too much PoE power. However, you can see that usage is way low and outside of a reboot there is no way that the devices should ever max it out.

Same as peos42, these devices and cables have not been touched since they were installed. I don't often check the logs, so I am unsure how long it has been happening. Also, I am not aware of port flapping or any loss of connectivity.

Anyway, not sure if the fix for peos42 is being pushed to other devices, but wanted to chime in. Let me know if you would like more information. Thanks!

    Hi @NEP ,

Could you please share the type/model and required power specifications of all client devices connected to your XGS2210-52HP switch?

Additionally, please collect the technical support information and share it with us either in this thread or via private message by clicking on my account name and selecting 'Message'.

Hi @Zyxel_Judy. I sent you a private message with the details requested.

For anyone else with this issue who may want to compare, the switch is running a mix of door controllers and Voip phones. Max consumption is 283.8(PoE)-546.3(PoE+) out of 375W, with normal operation around 70W.

Edit: Corrected the max consumption values.

    Hi @NEP ,

The symptoms on your XGS2210-52HP appear to be related to the PoE power negotiation on a specific port. We recommend changing the Power-up method of port 16 and 22 to "Force-802.3at" to determine if this eliminates the logs.

The path to configure: Port > PoE Setup > PoE Setup

@Zyxel_Judy And the work is going as planned? Not that it is time critical as none of the logged problems causes real world problems, but still… How is it going? Any new firmware on the way? Days? Weeks? Months?
