Can’t add devices

Hello!I bought a three pack of Multy U's and it just doesn’t work.

I can install and get the first multy to work without any issues. After that i try to add more devices and the bluetooth connection fails. After all of this the app says that im disconnected from my multy, even tho the wifi works. I have to start the whole process again after all of this if i want to try again.

    May I know if this is second hand or brand new purchase?

    If this is second hand purchase, we can help to check but not sure what did previous owner do on these devices.

    If this is brand new purchase, we assume this issue could be caused by old firmware version. We can help to upgrade firmware. But please note that this model is in end-of-life status, the support for this model is limited.

    It was a brand new purchase (all sealed) from a private person who got it from the German Telekom. They wanted to use it but got told that it won’t work with their internet router.

    I think that it’s because of the firmware.

    Unfortunately I can’t connect to the web interface because of the parental control.

    I tried every Multy as a host and did a reset on all of them but the app still won’t show the Multy after setting it up.

    I’ve tried it with my iPhone 14 Pro (latest firmware) and also with an older Android phone.
