Why does my usg flex 200 w/ Secure Wifi only recognize additional ap if I physically disconnect one?

We believe you are referring to the USG FLEX 200 model. This model can manage 8 APs by default without a Secure WiFi license, and up to 40 APs maximum with the license. You can find more information at the link below:

Please confirm whether you have more APs than the maximum supported number. If so, you would need to physically disconnect one AP before another can be managed by the USG FLEX 200.
