Firmware upgrade from Nebula 19.10 - error with XGS1930-52HP

Hello everyone,
I tested the firmware upgrade option from Nebula 19.10 to newest hardwares' firmwares.
I tested APs, switches and firewalls.
Everything seems smooth, except with XGS1930-52HP: I tested it twice.
As you can see here:
And here
The "last upgrade time" is updated but no firmware update was completed successfully.
How can I solve this issue?

Please help to check:
- Check if this switch is online.
- Check if the uplink firewall allows "*.nebula.zyxel.com" and "port 443."
Also, could you help enable zyxel support access and this org's name so I can help to check what caused this failure?
