    Hi @Oliver_Fehn

Thanks for reporting. Could you enable the Zyxel support access again so we can access and check?

    Hi @Oliver_Fehn

Thanks! Could you help to point out which client is wireless client but been recognized as wired client?

I found the issue devices. We are going to investigate this issue. I will update you once I have further information.

    Hi @Oliver_Fehn

Our engineer found that the issue vanished after topology change, the Flur AP was a mesh repeater when the issue occurred, and issue vanished when the Flur AP is not a mesh repeater but an AP. May I know why you change your topology?

    Hi @Zyxel_Melen,

I change the topology and connect the Flur AP wired, because i think its better. Now the Clients shown correct, but the Flur AP now shown twice in unter the Clients List when i switch on „show Nebula devices as clients“.

    Hi @Oliver_Fehn

Thanks for update. We will keep tracing this issue, which could be another issue when the client connects with mesh repeater AP.

The Flur AP shown twice is because one MAC address is :2A and another is :2B. We are checking why the MAC address :2B was learned. I will update you once I get further information.

    Hi @Zyxel_Melen,

I think restarting the router fixed the issue. The Flur AP is now only displayed once.

    Hi @Oliver_Fehn

Thanks for the update. Let me describe the root cause for this case.

The Flur AP was a mesh repeater AP, that use :2B to request DHCP IP. The USG Lite 60AX somehow kept the :2B in its client list although AP use :2A to request DHCP IP after change back to wired uplink.

We have replicated this issue and investing it now. I will update the result once I get further information.
