How to configure NR7103

I got a new Nr7103 but ate not able to reach it.
For wireless I do not have the code
Zyxel air is not able to read the qr codes
It does not respond to ip adress 192.168.1.1 with cable connection.
I also dont have any login password
Anyone who can help?
