NR5307 5G Router latest firmware.

Good morning from Greece. I recently got a 5G NR5307 Router. There seems to be a problem with the Online firmware upgrade, see image below

I searched everywhere and I could not find any firmware repository for the NR5307. Could you provide me the latest firmware for the NR5307 Router?

And some feature requests:

Please allow us to not use special characters in the wifi ssids and passwords. My sonoff wifi smart home devices cannot work.
Make possible for the phone app to access the router remotely (ZTE, DECO routers can do that).
