Re flash NR5103EV2 ?

I have a 3 branded version of this bought as a backup from ebay. On arrival it worked well but ater a few months on the shelf although it recognises the sim it no longer connects to the internet. Any suggestions? The only thing I can think of is to reflash the firmware but this is not downloadable. Can anyone at ZYXEL help with this?
