One of my NWA130BE did not recover properly after an update (I've got more devices). It now showing a IP address and no firmware in Nebula. Resetting to factory settings does not work, and I cannot see it at all with ZON. Does anyone have a solution?

    To better understand the situation and provide accurate suggestions, could you please share more details with us? For example,

    • What exactly do you see on Nebula when you mentioned “It now showing a IP address and no firmware in Nebula ”? (a screenshot is welcome)
    • What is the LED status of the device after the reset attempt?
    • If possible, a short video recording of the behavior would also be very helpful.
