Zyxel nwa130be Problem with Mikrotik wap lr8 Station Mode

Hello,

I keep having problems with a Mikrotik wap lr8 device that is connected to the nwa130be.

According to the Nebula app, the device is connected to the Wi-Fi and also has an IP address. But after a few hours, I can no longer access the web interface of the Mikrotik device.

I have already performed various firmware updates, both on the nwa and on the Mikrotik device.

Nevertheless, the web interface is still unavailable. I have now reconnected my old Ruckus R700 on a trial basis and the problem does not occur there.

I was also able to reproduce the phenomenon on a Raspberry PI CM4 module.

    • Does the Mikrotik device lose Wi-Fi connectivity (shown as disconnected or no IP address on Nebula)?
    • Or is the device still connected to Wi-Fi, but you are unable to reach its Web GUI?

    This information will help us determine whether it’s a Wi-Fi disconnection or a local access issue.

    In the meantime, please enable Zyxel Support Access on your Nebula organization and share the organization/site name with us, so we can help review your device directly.

    You may also refer to this FAQ if your situation is related to Wi-Fi disconnection or intermittent connectivity issues with your devices when connected to the NWA130BE.

    Additionally, please kindly check whether the management PC and the Mikrotik device are in the same subnet, and verify if the PC is able to ping the Mikrotik. This will help ensure proper network connectivity for further troubleshooting.
