    I have the same issue.

VID defaults to Lan1 and works mostly. Any other vLans fail to be routed from the XMG1915-10E (plus it keeps changing settings like the Nebula is running in the background even when all Nebula is turned off along with the routes to it)..

I tried manual tag port / VID assignment and all that works is Lan1. Found vLan devices stealing IPs from Lan1 even though static routing & DHCP reserved MAC is enabled in both FW & SW respectively.

I had to purchase 2 WBE530 because the Flex 200h fails to find the old APs that the Flex 500 was happy to manager - all this just to carry 3 vLans and Lan1 - nothing seems to work except Lan1.

Tried to change from vLans to LAN2 - same issue, interestingly, the Flex 200h dropped the second default Ge4 interface, Port 5 went dark, and then the Flex 200H has stopped supporting 2.5Gb and only allows 10m, 100m, 1g on ALL Ports. -

Troubleshooting include over 100 hours with these as some actions:

    • turned off ALL UTM subscriptions
    • Rolled back to previous Firmware
    • Update again to current
    • Many of the same settings as shown by pAckmAn4000 on the XMG1915-10E switch
    • Have addition Zyxel xmg-108e and MG108 switches - all 2.5Gb and have lost the speed to 1GB on all except the APs (2.5Gb) and the SFPs (10Gb)

Nothing works to restore to 2.5Gb between the switches & firewall, the primary reason I replaced my older 1Gb USG FLEX500, GS1900-24HP & WAC6502D-s network. Port 5 on the Flex 200h is the link to the XMG1915 with 6 & 7 to the other ZyXel XMG-108 & 105 2.5Gb switches respectively.

Too many instabilities with the latest ZyXel net gear - been using them for 20 yrs with out any issues … what happened to quality?

Does anyone else have similar issues - Amazon is replacing the XMG1915-10E, but I very concerned with the Flex 200h degradation - got this item direct from ZyXel and they really didn't want to RMA the device when it started acting up a several weeks back …

    Hi @DanofWoodstock,

Regarding the issue you're experiencing, may I know your VLAN settings on the switch? It is likely a VLAN misconfiguration, and we can help you resolve it. Please share your network topology and your Configuration or Tech Support Info file (which includes the configuration) for us to review.

Additionally, if the device is not registered to Nebula, Nebula will not change your device’s configuration. If the configuration keeps changing, it is possible that the changes are not being saved. The XMG1915-10E is a managed switch that requires manual saving of the configuration for it to be applied on bootup.

The USG FLEX 200H supports 2.5G only on ports 1 and 2. Melen also mentioned this in another post from you:
