How to apply IGMP on switches

I have bought pro pack licences for our 3x XGS1930 switches to enable advanced IGMP. I have the licence applied, but when i try and edit any advanced IGMP options, i still get asked to upgrade to pro pack? The licences are applied to the switches in the nebula control panel.

Any ideas?

    It seems like your organization haven't upgrade to professional pack organization type.

    Please follow this FAQ to find the upgrade button:

    Where do I find the PRO/Pack Upgrade button in Nebula CC? — Zyxel Community

    In addition, to upgrade to professional pack organization type, all of the devices in this organization needs a pro pack license at least.

    Thank you for the reply.

    We have already applied propack licences to the 3 switches. The problem is that even though they now show as having pro pack licences, it still wont let me apply advanced IGMP.

    Please allow me to correct the previous comment.

    It seems like your organization haven't upgrade to professional pack organization type.

    Your organization needs to be professional pack before using Nebula pro pack feature, like the advanced IGMP.

    Could you help to enable Zyxel support access and share your organization's name to check which device lacks the Nebula professional pack license?

    Hi,

    There are also 31 Wifi APs in the organisation. Are you saying we need to licence all the APs too?

    If this is the case it will be cheaper to replace the switches as we don't need any pro pack features on the APs.

    Hi @WirralTelecom

    For your case, we suggest you can separate your switch and your ap in different organizations. This allows the organization only has the switch can upgrade to pro, and the organization only has AP can assign Nebula pro pack license when you require to use the Pro pack features on the AP.
