NR7102 QMI Error

hello,

we use the 7102 router (actual firmware) and 2 to 3 times a day we get the following error and there is no connection to the internet for about 2 minutes:

RILCMD: Reset LTE module because of QMI error.

RILCMD: Close qmiclientId[0][1] 51

RILCMD: Close qmiclientId[0][1] 52

RILCMD: Close qmiclientId[0][1] 53

RILCMD: Close qmiclientId[0][1] 54

RILCMD: Close all the qmiclientIds of idx=0.

RILCMD: quectel_rg500q_ready() RESET LTE module wait for 25 secs.

What is the reason for the QMI error and/or how can it be solved?
