Is there a trick to move a site from one organization to another without having to reconfigure the devices?

You may try using the MSP function Replicate/move site, which under MSP cross-org management > Config management.

I tried the Site Replicate feature without selecting "Site move with devices," but it only replicated the site name and SSID configuration.
I can't try moving 22 devices, and I might lose all the switch name and port configurations.

Yes, Site Replicate only replicates the site settings. The switch name and port configurations are device configuration, which will follow when you do Site move with devices. The switch name and port configurations are kept from the old org to the new org.
