How get supervisor od root password of NR7103 modem?

Is there anyone who can help?

The device is running a modified O2 Slovakia firmware, and we are unable to access the Web UI (not even the user login). SSH is enabled, but it shows the same behavior — login is not possible.

Can someone advise whether such a device can be flashed using ZyCAST with the Zyxel factory firmware V1.00(ACCZ.1)C0?

Please, if anyone knows, many people would be very grateful.

If you’ve lost the sticker with the default password, there isn’t a supported way to generate the supervisor/root password from the serial number. That information isn’t publicly available for security reasons. Your best option is to do a full factory reset using the reset button on the device (usually hold it for about 10–15 seconds while powered on). After that, the modem should revert to its default login credentials, which are typically printed on the label, if that label is gone, you’ll need to contact Zyxel support directly with proof of ownership. They can guide you on the proper recovery steps. Definitely don’t throw it away yet, a factory reset or support ticket should sort it out.
