Dropping ports at the same time

Hello,I have a GS1920 Boot Version (V1.00 | 04/12/2018) ZyNOS F/W Version (V5.00(ABMK.2) | 09/24/2025) switch with a problem of ports dropping every other day at 00:01 for 3-4 seconds. The ports are with power and cameras. What could be the problem?

Please help to share some information so we can better check this issue:
- Please help to check the port status of the issue ports to see if there has errors. Path: Menu > Monitor > Port status.
Also, please access the issue port's detail port status info page to check the details of the error. (Click the port number hyperlink)
- Please help to share a list of the issue port. (Since there are many ports connects with PD.)
- Please help to share the camera's model info.
- Please help to collect the tech support file. This file allows us to check the details.
