I purchased a 2-year MSP license, but I can't activate it. So far, I've only been able to activate the MSP Trial.
It returns an invalid license key.

    If not, please follow the path since MSP license is an account-based license, which has a different registration path than device's license.

    I’ve activated the licence, but when I go into the organisations, it doesn’t recognise my MSP licence. It asks me to transfer the licence.

    If I enter any name, it tells me I can't use it - I urgently need to sort this out

    Hi @AndreaR78

    Seems like you have setup the MSP company. I would like to remind that MSP license is different with Nebula Plus/Professional pack license.

    MSP license allows your account to access the MSP cross-org management, but not change any organization's type. The organization type of each organization depends on each organization's license status.
