NR5101 csn't log into router?

I can't log into my Router, it's an NR5101 bought used on the internet, it works fine but I'd like to change the username & password from those included on the label, BUT it won't let me log in? Serial No is S220Z19018022 can anyone help please?

This is because this device is still in previous owner's organization, which means the device is still using previous password. Please help to download the Nebula APP to scan the device's Nebula QR code to register to your organization, then the device will use your site's local credential.
