FWA505 rejects Mozillion 5G SIM

I have a FWA505 router , works fine with EE SIM, trying to use Mozillion SIM and the SIM LED flashes blue and the is not lit and the Internet LED is RED.

The Mozillion sim works fine in a Samsung Phone and has no PIN.

I have reset the FWA505 and its on the latest firmware.

Mozillion is a VISP and uses EE.

Any advice how to fix it ??

    To help us diagnose the issue accurately, please check the following to rule out common causes:

    1. Verify the SIM Card
      The flashing blue SIM LED on the FWA505 indicates the SIM card isn't being correctly recognized or authenticated. image.png Please ensure it's properly inserted and check its status in the local GUI (detailed Cellular info page).
    2. Check 5G & APN Settings
      In the local GUI, go to: Network Setting > Broadband > Cellular Band
      1. Set Preferred Access Technology to include 5G or select NR5G-NSA/4G (Auto Switch).
      2. Enable Band Auto Selection.
      3. If needed, manually configure APN under: Network Setting > Broadband > Cellular APN
