Strange blank banner on Nebula ORGs

Hello everyone,

I see often a blank banner opening my ORGs:

Is there a specific reason for that?

If I close it with “X” it reappers when I enter that ORG some time later

    It seems like Nebula Pro banner. Could you help to enable Zyxel support access for us to clarify this org? I checked some Nebula Pro org, the banner are displayed correct, so I assume this could be an issue for specific org.

    it seems something related to Nebula Pro banner for ORGs with multiples sites inside.

    I can only access one of the organization and the banner displays correctly.

    I assume this is an issue on browser's cache. Please help to use "ctrl+shift+r" to have hard refresh.
