Locked Zyxel NR7103 (O2 Slovakia) - Web GUI inaccessible, need generic firmware

Hello Zyxel Community support,

I have a Zyxel NR7103 outdoor 5G antenna that was originally distributed by a local internet provider, O2 Slovakia.

I am currently facing a major issue: the Web GUI is completely inaccessible. Even when my PC is connected directly via LAN cable to the PoE injector (with cellular data/Wi-Fi disabled) and I try to access the default gateways (such as 192.168.9.1 used by O2, or standard 192.168.1.1 via HTTP/HTTPS), the browser always returns a timeout or connection refused error. The antenna broadcasts its internal Wi-Fi network and assigns IP addresses, but the management page seems to be completely disabled or locked out by the provider's custom firmware. Hard reset via the physical button did not solve the problem.

Because of this, I am unable to check my current firmware version from the web interface. However, I need to completely remove the provider's branding, un-lock the device, and flash the official clean generic firmware so I can gain full admin access and use it properly.

Could you please provide me with a download link for the latest generic firmware (and the matching LTE/5G module upgrade package) for the NR7103? I will flash it locally once I manage to force a connection or recovery.

Thank you very much for your help!
