FWA70 disconnect provider+ scheduled reboot

Hi,

I have 2 problems with this router. Our provider Odido disconnects the 4g/5g connection exactly after 24 hours. The connection is back after a few minutes but the clients cannot connect to the internet anymore from the LAN. After a reboot everything is working fine. I scheduled a reboot in Nebula at 01:00 am but the router does not reboot. Automatic firmware update is disabled. On other locations i use the FWA710, i have no problem, that router is working fine.

    Regarding the scheduled reboot not working as expected, this will be fixed in the next official firmware release.

    Hi @JBL ,

    To better assist you, could you let us know whether the FWA70 itself has internet access after reconnecting? You can check this by going to Maintenance > Diagnostics > Ping and pinging 8.8.8.8.

    Also, do you know what time the provider Odido disconnects the 4G/5G connection each day?

    Lastly, could you export the log after Odido disconnects the 4G/5G connection, the connection back however there is no Internet connection with LAN devices and then share it with us? You can find this under System > Monitor.

    Regarding the scheduled reboot you configured in Nebula at 1:00 AM, however it appears the router did not reboot as expected, could you please provide the Nebula Organization & Site name and enable Zyxel Support access so we can look into this on our end.

    Odido disconnects the connection after 24 hours connection time, so these are not fixed times of day.

    I will be on-site next week, so I will be able to perform the test and send you the logs.
