Wireless health monitor is not showing any data. How to I resolve this?

    Welcome to Zyxel Community!


    I would like to inform that Wireless health only supported on the latest firmware 5.50 and the model list below:


    • NWA1123-AC HD
    • NWA5123-AC HD
    • WAC6303D-S


    You may upgrade the firmware version on SITE-WIDE > Configure > Firmware management, scroll down and check the box of the specific AP then click on "Upgrade Now" as the figure below:

    Thanks for the reply. So is it only supported on 3 models of AP? If so will it be more in the future?

    Yes, the Wireless health feature is only supported on the 3 APs below and for the new AP model that will release in the future.

    • NWA5123-AC HD
    • WAC6303D-S
