Somehow my access point got sucked into Nebula.

I want to unregister, but the steps provided elsewhere don't work - I do not have any Android device (actually as a matter of principle). I'm fairly sure there is Linux underneath the Zyxel surface, so having a solution for Linux users would seem prudent.

Otherwise, is there some address I can email to have this manually erased. Obviously, I have the QR code itself…

- Series number is removed by Zyxel agent-

    We can help you unregister your device. Please send me a private message by clicking on my account and selecting "Message," along with a photo of the label on the back of the device showing the serial number (S/N) and MAC address.
