Warranty Replacement Request – GS1920-48HP

Hello,

I would like to request a warranty check and replacement for the following Zyxel switch:

Model: GS1920-48HP
Serial Number: S232L02090654

The switch suddenly stopped working and now shows as offline in our Nebula account. On the physical device, the third orange LED continues blinking, and the switch does not become operational.

Since this model has a lifetime warranty, could you please confirm the warranty status and provide instructions for an RMA/replacement?

Hi @rezas,

When the device is attempting to establish a connection with NCC (cannot reach it), the third Cloud LED will blink amber, this issue might be caused by network connectivity rather than a hardware failure. Please let us perform some initial troubleshooting for you first.

Please check and ensure that the current uplink connection has internet access.

If the issue remains unresolved, please help collect the diagnostic information according to your firmware version and provide it to us:

If you are currently unable to access the Web UI, you can try using the Zyxel One Network Utility (ZON) to assign a static IP to the switch, then connect to the Web UI via a direct ethernet connection.

If none of the above steps work, please provide your current firmware version and a short video of the hardware (showing the current LED indicator status, etc.) so we can assist you further.
