Multy U-WSR30: Speed test question under Multy app

Hi support,

I'm using 2 WSR30 which have following details:

  1. firmware: V1.00(ABMY.13)C0
  2. Multy app version 2.6.4.250701 (under android)

When using 'Diagnose' to checking speed test, I found that the connections between my Multy and internet always shown as 'SD' status (it should be 4K status)? Please see detail in attached.

Any suggestion?

    I assume your primary router is Study Roxxx. Please allow me to clarify:

    1. Can you access the internet when connecting to your Multy U?
    2. What's the result if you test the satellite Multy U?

    2. It look ok in term of speed when using 'speed test'
