Multy U-WSR30: Speed test question under Multy app

Hi support,

I'm using 2 WSR30 which have following details:

  1. firmware: V1.00(ABMY.13)C0
  2. Multy app version 2.6.4.250701 (under android)

When using 'Diagnose' to checking speed test, I found that the connections between my Multy and internet always shown as 'SD' status (it should be 4K status)? Please see detail in attached.

Any suggestion?

    I assume your primary router is Study Roxxx. Please allow me to clarify:

    1. Can you access the internet when connecting to your Multy U?
    2. What's the result if you test the satellite Multy U?

    2. It look ok in term of speed when using 'speed test'

    Our team is still investigate on this issue. Please also help to do the actions below so we can get more information from your side:

    1. Please do the speedtest via Multy APP again. This is to create the log in Multy APP.
    2. Please click the "send feedback" on the Multy app. This allows our team to get the diagnostic log on your Multy app.

    Hi @boonshth

    Sorry for the delayed reply since our team took sometimes to find the root cause.

    The issue is that the speedtest service we used have updated their mechanism, which causes we can't find a good speedtest server to test. Our team is evaluating the APP new version release schedule. I will update you once I get the information. The current workaround is to use the Okala speedtest app for instead.
