NWA130BE (Nebula mode) won't upgrade to latest firmware

NWA130BE won't upgrade to latest firmware from Nebula. Also tried to FTP upload latest firmware. The AP reboots during both firmware upgrade methods, but stay on version 7.30.4

Please assist
