Hi.

I need to release SecuExtender, IPSec VPN WINDOWS Client lisense.

Computer where it was, is crashed

can someone do that

    Since the SecuExtender license remains tied to the registered system, resetting it to release it for a new installation requires backend action from the Zyxel support team.

    Please note that perpetual (lifetime) licenses can no longer be reset or registration. For more information, please refer to this article

    However, if you are using a subscription-based license, our team will be happy to review and process the reset for you.

    To help us get this processed, could you please provide the following details?

    1. Your SecuExtender license key
    2. The Registered email address associated with the license
