I have the NWA1123-ACv2 Access Point. When I plug it into a POE switch at work it correctly connects to the network and works like an AP. When I take it home and plug it into a non-POE switch with the power supply attached to it, it does not work.

Thoughts

Thank you

Kevin

    Hi @kevin1000

What does "It does not work" mean?

Does the device boot with the power supply? Or does not it boot?

I think if you you provide more information we will be able to help you.

    Regards

    Hello @kevin1000 ,

Based on the description, if the NWA1123-ACv2 LED is blinking green & orange, it means that the AP cannot boot up properly you shouldn't be able to connect to the AP.

I would like to clarify the following:
    1. May I know the specific LED light?
    2. The power supply that you are using is the adapter provided by Zyxel, right? If no, please help to provide a photo of the input/output power information.
    3. When you are at the work place, you could see that the NWA1123-ACv2 is online on Nebula Cloud?

    Thanks.
