I enable SNMP in NCC and add Zyxel MIBs (supplied by Zyxel support team) to my NMS system. I can get some metrics (not all) from MIB only for NSG, but not from NAP and NSW. What is possible to manage over NCC SNMP access?

Firmware Upgrade not working
I'm unable to get switches and APs to upgrade their firmware. Nebula indicates that the process has started but nothing actually happens. I suspect something firewall or web filter related could be blocking... Many thanks

I have a USG20W-VPN firewall and am trying to connect it to Secureporter
I paid for the product and auto-activated it now when I select home in the webpage I receive the error: Device Disconnected Device "USG20W-VPN" is not connected. Please make sure device connection is stable so the log it uploads keeps SecuReporter running. I also see no stats.
