XGS1250-12 ISSUE
Hello, I'm Olivier from Martinique. My XGS1250-12 worked well for few hours and suddenly it boot up (power led blink) and is not accessible (No IP) all RJ45 LED blank. I try to power off and on but always the same Problem, power LED is blinking forever (after 1 hour it's always blinking). Any Idea ? Best regards Olivier

Wrong registered licence
Hello, I have registered a licence to my Zyxel account, but it is for wrong device. I need gold licence for ATP200, but I have a licence for ATP100. I can't link it then to any of my devices. It is possible to give this licence away from my account, so I can register and link the right one? Thank you.

I am a residential customer that wants to manage his own APs in my home. I have an access point that will not run at full speed. I upgraded 5 devices today to Plus but I cannot get them activated. I have recently managed a usg-110 product and I would like to add additional services, I wanted to register it on my zyxel account but it has already been registered on another account that I do not know, the procedure to re-register the product does not work, what can I do?
