We've renewed our UTM licence pack app. two weeks ago via MyZyxel and the USG Flex 700 is showing the new expiration date in one year (2025). All seems to be ok. Available license for the ATP series firewall
The Gold Security Pack(GSP) is the recommended license for the ATP series firewall(including ATP100, ATP100W, ATP200, ATP500, ATP700 and ATP800 ). Additionally, the ATP series firewall does not accept à la carte licenses.

XGS1250-12 ISSUE
Hello, I'm Olivier from Martinique. My XGS1250-12 worked well for few hours and suddenly it boot up (power led blink) and is not accessible (No IP) all RJ45 LED blank. How to check the price for the license renew?
When the device is registered under your account, you can log in to Marketplace, and Navigate to the "Device License" or "Software License", then select the license you're interested in. For some on-cloud licenses like NCC Plus and Pro Pack license, you can check it through the NCC Portal.

Wrong registered licence
Hello, I have registered a licence to my Zyxel account, but it is for wrong device. I need gold licence for ATP200, but I have a licence for ATP100. I can't link it then to any of my devices. It is possible to give this licence away from my account, so I can register and link the right one? Thank you.
