we have routers usg 100 in 3.30, usg 100 in 2.20 and usg 50 in 3.30 can i install the latest version of the firmware without problem? and if not how should i proceed ?

Hello Zyxel Administrators, I didn't find any other way, because unter "My Account" there is no option: Would you please delete my user account from accounts.myzyxel.com and any other zyxel sites? The account is double and not needed any more.

Problems with registration Gold Security Pack - "Licence Key is not a Cloud Email Security license"
I'm having trouble registering my second Gold Security Pack. I checked the license first and then tried to register. I get the error message "Licence Key is not a Cloud Email Security license" The first Gold Security Pack was registered without this problem. Does anyone know this problem and could help me to solve it?
