We'd like to know what's your GROUP/ORG names and can you take a screenshot about this message then share with us in private message?
Moreover, to check further regarding to this symptom, we need your help to authorize our support account in "GROUP" --> "Configuration" --> "Administrators"
The accounts need your help to be added are:CSO_Security@zyxel.com.tw
sdwan-its@zyxel.com.tw
And also please let us know which version is working on your VPN100.0
