The system is an ac3000 that was previously installed and has been moved. I used the app to make the new installation. The process stalled a number of times. I reset the Multy (red flashing lights) and started again. The Multy now shows solid white and the WiFi network is up and running as expected. The problem is the app can’t see it. I have registered on the cloud.0
