My Zyxel providers disconnect once every third day. Help!

Hey
I got some issues with my Zyxel U. In general i love it because it provide excellent internet all over my appartment. But lately it's begun to have some trouble, approx every third day it turns "red/disconnected" - And i have to setup the whole system again.
So my question is, does anyone know the issue, or can help me fix it?

What is the LED light on the Main Multy and extender node, are they all LED red?
How do you install the Multy device?

Have you registered an account on the myZyxelCloud?
With a registered account, the configurations are saved in both your device and myZyxelCloud
