Have you tried turning on "Network Monitoring" within Network Setting > Broadband?Network Monitoring periodically checks connectivity and provides connection recovery.Thanks.0

Same here with LTE5398-M904 and V1.00(ABQV.3)C0.
Full reboot is necessary for the connection to come up. After the CellWAN changes the IP (after 24 hours) it stay in the "kern.debug udhcpc: Sending discover..." loop forever.0 -
Try another ISP.

This. My problems were solved by changing to strongest signal (another ISP).
