Multy AC2100 - no internet

Hi there - I try to get our repeaters going for days now. 
If I make it to the app process without it freezing, always the same happens:
The network is there but no internet. Multy is red. 

We use a Speedport as Master. And want to set up two Multys as repeaters in the same network. Once I connected it to the router and follow the app instructions, it creates a second network with the same name as the original. The one from the multy does show with: "no internet" and the first multy goes red. 

Any solutions? Thanks
