    Hi @Tenge,

To get more information with your problem, there are some questions that we need to confirm:

    1. Can the Apple devices reconnect after unexpected disconnecting or it totally can’t connect to Multy M1 again?
    2. This situation happens when your Apple devices are already nearby your Multy M1 or they are far away from it?
    3. Have you tried to separate your radio bands into 2 SSIDs and connect your Apple device again?
To separate your band, you may
To separate your band, you may uncheck "Keep 2.4G & 5G name the same" and configure them with different name (ex: 2.4G will be xxxxxx_24G ; 5G will be xxxxxx_5G)

Besides, to replicate your problem, please provide more details about your Apple devices and Multy M1, like: iPhone model, iOS version, Macbook model, macOS version & Multy M1 firmware version.
