Hi @Tenge,
To get more information with your problem, there are some questions that we need to confirm:
- Can the Apple devices reconnect after unexpected disconnecting or it totally can’t connect to Multy M1 again?
- This situation happens when your Apple devices are already nearby your Multy M1 or they are far away from it?
- Have you tried to separate your radio bands
into 2 SSIDs and connect your Apple device again?
To separate your band, you may
To separate your band, you may uncheck "Keep 2.4G & 5G name the same" and configure them with different name (ex: 2.4G will be xxxxxx_24G ; 5G will be xxxxxx_5G)
Besides, to replicate your problem, please provide more details about your Apple devices and Multy M1, like: iPhone model, iOS version, Macbook model, macOS version & Multy M1 firmware version.
