Zyxel firmware for NR5103e

How come the support for this router is non existent from zyxel? I have an unlocked 3 router and there is no SIP/ALG or possibility to cell lock. I know some other countries firmware allow these features. When can we expect to see a firmware which allows full use of its features?

Hi Tony it's V1.00(ACBJ.0)b12 - there is no support for SIP ALG or cell lock on this firmware. SIP ALG should be a basic function in every router as i need to it use VOIP

It looks like you've bought your NR5103E from your ISP, and therefore, it's not our software installed. So you need to contact your ISP here.

HELLO - i did not buy it from an ISP. It is an unlocked device (formerly an isp) that i piurchased from an independent vendor. So i should be able to use the features and firmware i like

Zyxel asks for the serial number and if it is a device made for an ISP they usually answer that you can contact them. I have read about several people with the same problem as you who have received that answer. What does the seller you bought the device from say?

the same they are ex three models and three don't offer nay kind of firmwares. It's shocking

Why don’t you just change 1 to 0 in a compilation root? Then you’ll be able to lock / unlock whatever you want.
