Nas 326 no me deja acceder

Hola, tengo 1 nass 326 y desde hace 2 días no me deja acceder por web, si escaneo la red veo su ip pero sólo me aparece conexión ftp (pure-ftpd), por web me dice que no responde la ip. he reseteado varias veces y no se resuelve, necesito sacar la información del disco, ¿alguna idea?. muchas gracias.

Try reboot your nas, check the exact IP address it get from the router and reconnect.

Ya he conseguido acceder, al quitar los 2 discos se ha desbloqueado, como lo he reset y no recuerdo los usuarios que tenia ni las carpetas que habían, ¿como puedo recuperar esos datos ahora?

Go to the Shares menu (Control Panel->Privilege and Sharing->Shared Folders) and re-enable the shares.
