connect NR7101 to nebula control center

I've got some problems connecting NR7101 to the nebula control center.

First of all, im not sure im using the wright MAC en serial number. My device is already up high and the box is gone. Where can I find the wright MAC en serial in the web-based user interface?

Second Are there any special settings to put on, before you can make the link with the platform? Does it also work when IP-passthrough mode is on (bridge modus)?

What should I put next to MAC address and serial number as "name".

    You can access the device local GUI, and follow the screen.

    Additionally, ensure that the current firmware is updated to the latest Nebula NR7101 version, which is 1.15(ACCC.3)C0. Note that there is a generic NR7101 version that is not compatible with Nebula management; its firmware code is ABUV.

    Are there any special settings to put on, before you can make the link with the platform?

    Yes. it works with both IP-Passthrough mode and Router mode.

    What should I put next to MAC address and serial number as "name".

    You have the flexibility to label the device with any name you prefer, such as "JHA NR7101" or "JHA Mobile Router."

    Under the FAQ element there is a table with IP adresses…. The last IP adres of the first line is not completely visible… Which is the correct IP address?

    Also ist this the right place to add all the ports?

    Problem is I have to put in a source and destination IP. What is the source IP in case of dynamic in the list?

    Where do I put the FQDN?

    Do I put the ports in both source and destination ? do I need to put 443-443 or 443-444?

    Can you please assist,

    Hi @JHA ,

    In general, there's no need to configure any firewall settings when connecting the NR7101 to Nebula, as the NR7101 utilizes Cellular WAN for its connection. It means you don't need to configure any rule in ACL rule table.
    For connecting other devices like access points, switches, or firewalls to Nebula, please navigate to Nebula > Help Center > Firewall Information to obtain complete details including full IP addresses.

    AH ok…. Than I don't understand why it is not working properly…

    Could it be that my ISP is using Carrier-Grade NAT (CGNAT) ?

    Hi @JHA ,

    Please refer this FAQ to determine if your Mobile Router is Nebula-compatible or not?

    If you've followed the above tips and confirm that your device is Nebula NR7101, however the device can't online on Nebula, please enable Zyxel support by navigating to Help (located at the top right corner) > Support Request > Zyxel Support Access, then click Enable and Save.

    Additionally, please provide us with the name of your Nebula organization/site here or via the private message by clinking to my account > Message.
