FWA510 drops connection after a few hours

    Hi @Scapin ,

    after a couple of hours, devices remain connected but loose Internet access (this is exactly what wifi devices display "connected/ no internet access"). I can no longer connect to the router with Zyxel Air either. However, the routeur's LED keep the blue/green colors.

    The FWA510's LED showing blue/green color indicates that it has established a cellular connection. However, it's unusual that wireless devices show "Connected/No Internet Access" despite this connection.

    Could you help to enable Zyxel support. Additionally, please provide us with the name of your Nebula organization/site here or via the private message by clinking to my account > Message. We will investigate the device further.

    i have the same problem with mine. It randomly loses internet connection (whilst the 5G signals remain strong and the device does appear connected).

    Hi @GS_FIN

    Since you mentioned the signal strength is strong, we recommend enabling Network Monitoring on the device to observe whether this behavior stabilizes or improves over time. Path: Access device GUI and go to> Network Setting > Broadband > Cellular WAN Enable the "Network Monitoring" option

    Additionally, it will be helpful if you can record the "loses internet connection" timestamp. This allows us to compare the logs once you still have issue after enable network monitoring. Please also enable zyxel support access for us to check.
