    I use the original DAG 10 Gbit Patchcabel from Zyxel

    It is not possible to setting the negotiaton for port 13 oder port 14 - this option are available only for the copper ports.

    Previously firmware you can change it.

    Try changing it from the switch.

    I use Zyxel DAC for WAN connection and the only problem I have is that when I connect it the flex 700h reboots.

    This is a known issue for Zyxel

    Update:

    The SFP issue has been fixed in the recent firmware. And the DAC issue only occurred on the Zyxel DAC 3M cable. Therefore, we recommend that users not use Zyxel DAC 3M but Zyxel DAC 1M or fiber SFP instead.

    No. It also happened with DAC 1 meter and other manufacturers.

    What device did you connect with your USG FLEX H via Zyxel DAC 1M? And what is the issue symptom?

    Hi @ticsystems,

    I did a local test "700H connect to XS1930 with Zyxel 1M DAC cable" and my result was successful without any issues. 700H didn't reboot when connected.

    Since you might not use the latest firmware, could you use the latest weekly firmware to test? I will send the firmware to you via community message.

    can this be a hardware issue of certain 700h models?
