Multy M1 WSM20 not working after reset

Ok, so when trying to use the Multy app all I get when i open it is the app is unreachable, please try later. I have cleared everything from Bluetooth to WiFi cache. I've reset the the multys to factory settings. I've unistalled the app and reinstalled it after clearing its cache and data. I've done everything and it still doesn't work. I've even washed my cat in washing machine 🙄 still nothing. Please for the love of God help me. Thank you
